- The client directs the decision unless lawful authority establishes otherwise.
- Family members are included only with consent or verified legal authority.
- Representation, fees, conflicts and referrals are disclosed in writing.
- High-risk authority, payment and cross-border matters receive additional review.
- Payment instructions are verified through an independent channel.
- Legal, tax, medical, appraisal, engineering and immigration questions are referred to qualified professionals.
- Sensitive personal information is collected and shared only for a lawful, disclosed purpose.

Where requested and legally available, Global Care Philippines may provide separately consented senior-living or care-navigation services. It is not presented as the real estate broker, and its services are not a condition of using RED International.

A proprietary specialist standard for Philippine practice
RED Senior Living & Property Transition Specialist — Philippines (RED-SPTS PH) is RED International's proposed internal specialization for qualified Philippine real estate professionals serving clients 50+ and their families.
The program is designed to cover senior-centered communication, housing choices, family-consent practices, vulnerable-client safeguards, property-transition planning, Philippine real estate compliance, privacy, AML controls, international referrals and professional-scope boundaries.
- Does not replace a PRC real estate broker license or salesperson accreditation.
- Does not authorize a person to perform activities outside the authority granted by Philippine law.
- Is not the U.S. Seniors Real Estate Specialist® or SRES® designation.
- Does not imply affiliation with the National Association of REALTORS®.
- Is subject to trademark, legal and regulatory clearance before public launch.
