Complaints

We take complaints seriously. If something has gone wrong, we want to know so we can put it right and improve our service.

RED International is not an emergency, protective-services, medical or law-enforcement provider. If a person is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or authority.

Step 1 — Speak with your specialist

Most concerns can be resolved quickly by discussing them with the RED International specialist or supervising broker handling your matter. Contact them directly with the details of your concern.

Step 2 — Formal written complaint

If the matter is not resolved informally, submit a written complaint to the complaints contact. Include your name, contact details, the property or service involved, the names of any team members, and a clear description of the concern.

Step 3 — Internal review

RED International will acknowledge receipt, review the complaint, and respond within a reasonable timeframe. The review may involve the supervising broker, compliance officer or designated complaints handler.

Step 4 — External recourse

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRC), DHSUD, the National Privacy Commission or another competent authority, depending on the nature of the complaint.
