Accessibility
We design this website to be usable by older adults, families and people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies.
Our approach
Accessibility is part of senior-centered service
RED International aims to meet or exceed recognized web accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). We test for keyboard navigation, screen-reader compatibility, color contrast, readable fonts and responsive behavior.
Readable content
We use high-contrast typography, generous spacing and clear language to support users with low vision, cognitive fatigue or limited screen experience.
Keyboard navigation
Interactive elements can be reached and operated with a keyboard. A skip-to-content link is available at the top of every page.
Responsive design
The site adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels so that content remains readable and usable on phones, tablets and desktops.
Alternative text
Meaningful images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative images are marked so assistive technologies can ignore them.
Motion preferences
Animations respect the user's reduced-motion preference. Essential content is never hidden behind motion effects.
Continuous improvement
We review the site against recognized accessibility guidelines and welcome feedback on barriers we may have missed.
